1. Application – software named “UMLUB navi”, made available to Users by the Service Provider in the form of a mobile application installed on a Mobile Device via Google Play or the App Store.
2. Bluetooth – short-range wireless communication technology enabling data exchange between electronic devices.
3. Location Services – a feature of a Mobile Device enabling determination of its position using GNSS (GPS) technology and other available positioning methods.
4. Maps – cartographic data and building plans of the Medical University of Lublin made available to the User through the Application.
5. Notifications – messages displayed on the screen of a Mobile Device and delivered through the Application.
6. Terms of Use – this document specifying the rules governing the use of the Application.
7. Agreement – an agreement for the provision of electronic services concluded between the User and the Service Provider under the conditions specified in these Terms of Use.
8. Mobile Device – a device enabling the use of the Application, in particular a smartphone or tablet operating under Android or iOS.
9. Service – an electronically provided service consisting of enabling the User to use the functionalities of the Application.
10. Service Provider – the Medical University of Lublin.
11. User – any person using the Application.
